Our Story
After spending the first 10 years of my career in various traditional PT settings, I was ready for a change. Treating multiple patients at once was chaotic and overwhelming. Finally, I was exposed to a more holistic approach to PT called Integrative Manual Therapy. I learned new methods to address the underlying causes of symptoms. For the last 20 years, I have focused on IMT with great success for my patients.

Testimonials
"I have seen many physicians and therapists in my health journey, but none as efficacious as Karen. Her combined therapy produces the most effective, healing, life-changing results."
"Karen's skilled and sensitive use of IMT really enhances her PT practice. Through this light touch therapy, she treats pain by releasing the problematic body part, for easier mobilization."
"Karen helped me get my life back. I suffered from severe pain which inhibited my ability to hike and walk long distances. After a brief time with her, which included her working on my alignment, giving me exercises and fitting me with custom orthotics (reasonably priced), I am back to my activities, including running. Thank God for her attentive care. "
"Karen was able to uncover some of the hidden, not as obvious things behind back, neck, hip issues that other doctors/PT/chiropractors have missed over the years. On the 1st visit, I was able to get some pain relief! I am continuing to heal of current & past injuries"
